Get started with CFA

1. Select a condition or topic from the list above.
2. Select the Activation Level (1-4) corresponding to your client's current PAM score.
3. Choose one of the core areas of self-management listed under the Activation Level.
   
   (Note: each CFA condition or topic automatically opens on the first core area of self-management listed under Activation Level 1.)
4. Select the goal(s) on which to focus with your client.
5. Record the goal(s) and assist your client using the Possible Action Steps and Supporting Resources listed for each goal.
